PRODUCTION PROCESS

Depending on the order quantity or the colors to achieve  the cards can be offset printed or digital offset printed. 

ARTWORK

The first process is the design of the card's artwork. 

PRINTING

Once we have the photolithographs, the metal printing plates can be done. Every color has its own metal plate.

LAMINATING

Several pvc layers make up a pvc plastic card.

An overlay covering the impression protects the cards of scratces and preserves its colors.

PUNCHING

The punching process is done by an automatic punching precission mould that quarantees the standard ISO sizes and optimal quality of the cut.
